PARLIAMENT OF CANADA

Today has been our first day of classes. We were nervous because we were going to be mixed with kids of different countries and we wanted to fit in without problem.

We started our day with some games to know each other and with some information of Canada (about how it works the money, inventions of the canadians, colloquial sentences...). Classes here are very different: they like to do interactive classes to make everyone talk.

After lunch we went to visit the Parlament. We went by walking, what gave us time to see other beautiful buildings in Ottawa like a hotel that seems a castle or amazing sculptures like the memorial to the people who died for Canada in the first world war.
In the Parliament there was a guide that explained us all the rooms of it. There was an interesting fact that is that there's no limit time for being primer minister. Afterwards we went on the top of the Peace tower to see Ottawa from the sky.

Finally we went to the shopping center and we got home. Today has been a exhausting day but we enjoyed so much and we can't wait to know more about Ottawa and Canada!
