Montreal & La Ronde

Today, we went to Montreal. It was a 2 hour journey but, finally, we
arrived there. First of all, we went to the top of Mount Royal where
we had a fantastic view of the city. But some of us got lost in Mount
Royal when we wanted to return to the bus. This 200-hectare park
occupies part of the mountain that lies in the midst of Montreal
island, and includes the highest spot in the city (234m), so it is a
big park with lots of different paths to hike and stroll.
Then, after leaving some of the older students at the Eton Centre, we
went to LaRonde theme park where we nearly spent all the day. At the
theme park, we found amazing roller coasters.
On our way back to Ottawa we drove through a storm for about 40
minutes and, finally, we arrived to Ottawa and we returned with our
host families after a long day.
